- Toddler Church meets every Wednesday
afternoon in St Illtud's during term time at 1.30 pm. This is
a wonderful way of bringing young babies, toddlers,
young mothers/fathers and grandmothers/grandfathers
together for a relaxed worship and a cup of tea or coffee.
Toddlers Church meets in the West Church of St Illtud's,
Llantwit Major and everyone is welcome. There
are toys for the children, stories, much running about
and juice and biscuits to finish. The children love
the ritual of 'tolling' the bell for the start of service
and the lighting of the candles. They have their own
hymn booklet with action songs which even the 2 year
olds remember! Mrs Lynn Brown plays the piano
in her usual imaginative way which completely
involves both children and adults and the services
are a great oasis in the middle of a busy week! If
you are interested in this service please just come
along - you will be welcomed with open arms!
